1. Production technology.
– Injection Molding: Using automatic injection molding technology with modern machines, ensuring PA plastic products have high precision, complex shapes and meet strict technical standards. Injection molded parts are carefully designed to facilitate the molding process; the materials used for the details, the desired shape and features of the details, the mold material and the characteristics of the molding machine are all calculated in detail.
– Extrusion: Plastic extrusion technology helps produce long parts or continuous PA plastic pipes, suitable for products requiring high durability and good strength.
– CNC machining: We own advanced 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines, used for precision machining of small parts from PA plastic according to customer requirements, to ensure high finishing, high precision and suitability for mechanical engineering products.
2. Production process.
– Mold design: The production process starts with the design of the mold according to the specific requirements of the customer. We use CAD/CAM software to create precise technical drawings.
– Selecting PA plastic raw materials: Virgin or recycled PA plastic is carefully selected to ensure that the material properties are suitable for the product to be manufactured.
– Plastic pellet processing: Plastic pellets are treated with chemicals to improve the properties of the plastic.
– Injection or extrusion process: After the mold is ready, the PA plastic raw materials are melted and fed into the mold through the injection or extrusion system. Here, the product details are shaped according to the design.
